YES. Thank you. Chris! Now that Dave has emptied the arena of snow , this is a perfect place to start with Sienna. I am a little unclear of what you are looking for with respect to the manipulations of the hip area from behind. I will study it again.
Cheers

You're welcome Janice! Yes, it is a perfect place to start with Sienna after we've had such a long snowy winter. We're looking to put a little bit of weight on one hand and then the other. If you sight up the spine you'll see the hips moving slightly forward and backward. Does one move more or less than the other?

Thank you for sharing. Yes, I would appreciate your pdf ☺️ As I always walk about 1/2 km to the arena, I can incorporate your walking exercises. In the arena I often do some leg stretches, and lumbar movement, but never the poll. So I can try that out. Then I usually do about 10 minutes riding at the walk, all sorts of figures and gaits on 2 tracks.

You're welcome Sietje! Yes, that is a very good place to incorporate these walking exercises. I sometimes do it when I'm bringing my horse up to the arena :) Let me know how it goes! I'll send my pdf by email to you.

Yes, Please send the pdf! I'm going to start doing this next session! I warm up my horse by walking to the forest and then start riding, this we can do while walking.
